Message	The ES is the only design that does not allow the proper movement of the control arm. Stock is fine Upgraded that still allow travel Any of the adjustable tension rods because they have bearings to allow the proper movement. The rod needs to twist....The only movement you want firmer then stock is front to rear travel.
